The Missing Link has been involved with Krispy Kreme since we commenced operations in Australia.
The Missing Link is trusted as our preferred hardware supplier, and has been responsible for the architecture of our local and wide area networks (LAN and WAN) linking all stores and our two major offices located in Kent Street and Huntingwood.
Furthermore, The Missing Link has been involved in supplying all the PC-related hardware deployed to our 11 stores currently operating in greater Sydney.
The Missing Link are currently involved in two major projects with Krispy Kreme:
- The selection of a new Point of Sale (POS) technology that will become the standard platform for Krispy Kreme and the other food retail companies that we are involved with in Australia.
- The selection and integration of an Internet browsing control appliance, so that we can help ensure our workplace remains a safe staff environment by removing the ability to inadvertently access inappropriate material. This project is expected to have a positive result for all staff members and allow Krispy Kreme to provide Internet access as a safe, effective work tool.
Krispy Kreme will continue to work closely with The Missing Link as we roll out additional stores and state offices. Under The Missing Link’s guidance, our networks help us to achieve lower operating costs and quicker returns.
